The requirement
The developer needed plots handed over to DPC on a rolling programme, each one set out accurately so bricklayers could start without remedial work.
Challenges
Weather and shared site access meant the plot sequence had to stay flexible while still keeping the handover dates in place.

Plots were sequenced so foundations, drainage and substructure blockwork rolled from one to the next, keeping a finished plot always ready ahead of the bricklayers.
The result
Each plot was handed over level to DPC with drainage in place, checked against the drawings before the next trade took over.
