The requirement
The client needed the full below-ground package delivered by a single contractor, set out from engineer drawings and handed over as a level, load-ready formation for the follow-on trades.
Challenges
Working on a live development meant sharing access with other trades and keeping the dig, drainage and foundation sequence tight so no one was left waiting on the ground.
Our approach
The works were planned in stages with the main contractor before mobilising, with plant and labour resourced so each stage finished before the next trade needed the area.
The result
The site was handed over as a clean, level, slab-ready platform with drainage installed and tested, ready for the superstructure to begin.
