The requirement
The client wanted a hard-wearing car park and service yard with proper edge restraint, positive drainage and a finished surface set to accurate falls.
Challenges
The works had to be phased around an operational premises so access for staff and deliveries was maintained throughout.
Our approach
The area was broken into sections and completed one at a time, with each section brought back into use before the next was opened up.
The result
The finished car park and yard were handed over fully drained, kerbed and surfaced, with the site cleared on completion.
